Windcat has received a distinguished health and safety award from the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA) for the third year in a row. This international recognition confirms Windcat’s commitment to excellence in health and safety practices and demonstrates their ability to compete against stiff international competition.
Windcat entered the Performance category of the RoSPA Health and Safety Awards, which assesses the company’s management system and health and safety performance over the last year. This marks the third consecutive year that Windcat has won the Gold Award in this category. The RoSPA Health and Safety Awards programme is the largest of its kind in the UK, receiving almost 2,000 entries each year from nearly 50 countries, and reaching over seven million employees. The programme recognises organisations that demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement in preventing accidents and ill health in the workplace. Entrants are evaluated based on their overarching health and safety management systems, including leadership and workforce involvement.
Strong commitment to health and safety
While most awards recognise individual organisations’ achievements, the RoSPA Health and Safety Awards also feature competitive awards presented in 20 industry sectors and for specialist areas of health and safety management. Windcat’s win in the Performance category showcases their strong commitment to health and safety and their continuous efforts towards improvement. This award serves as a testament to Windcat’s dedication to health and safety and their ongoing efforts to provide a safe and secure work environment for all stakeholders, including staff and clients.
