Job Description
Reporting to the New Build Project Manager you will be an integral part of a small team by maintaining operational documentation in an independent and systematic manner.
Key Duties
- Maintaining operational documentation, such as maintenance programs and manuals
- Archiving the certification of the new ships
- Setting up and contributing of vessel planned maintenance system MARAD / Sharepoint
- ‘After sales support’ from new construction team to operational departments
- Archiving vessel project documentation for newbuild and retrofit.
- Follow-up of outstanding orders placed by the departments
- Assistance of import shipments / contacting import handlers
- Archiving the certification of the new ships
Skills and experience
Essential
- MBO, work and thinking level
- Able to archive systematically and independently
- Dutch and English language, spoken and written
- Technical knowledge
- Driving License B
- IJmuiden region
Desirable
- Previous experience in a marine related role
